Communication is key. A good leader listens and cares about everyone's wants and needs. In my opinion a good leader should be respectful and understanding. The issues that matter to me most are good governance, youth, and information technology given that they have had an immense impact on poverty eradication initiatives all over the world. I have been involved in these issues first-hand by standing up and challenging my community and sensitizing other youth to these issues in hopes that they in turn will be activated to change.
